Every order we send out you will receive a tracking to monitor your delivery.
You will be emailed a tracking number when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. We also allow orders to be picked up from our Melbourne warehouse if you are local to the area.
How much does shipping cost?
Australia + New Zealand:
FREE SHIPPING on all our Australian orders and New Zealand we have a flat rate of $33
We use an Express Delivery service within Australia
We offer the fastest Express delivery service in the scooter industry.
In most cases delivery will be next business day after we ship your order and country areas may take 1 to 3 working days.
In some cases, mostly remote areas it may take an extra day or two.
We are now offering international shipping and a flat rate of $66 worldwide on all complete scooters.
NOTE: any customs or import duties are payable by buyer. We recommend you contact your countries customs department.
Shipments outside Australia may be subject to tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT), etc.
These fees are responsibility of the buyer.
These fees are not included in shipping charges.
These fees are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark items as “gifts”

How long does delivery take?
99.9% of orders are dispatched on the same or next business day (within 24 hours) after your purchase. Orders sent to locations on the east coast of Australia generally arrive within 1 to 3 working days from date of dispatch and almost always within 5 working days. For extremely remote and WA locations delivery is usually 5 to 8 working days. Delivery will very rarely take more than 6 working days to anywhere in Australia.

I have not received any tracking for my order what should I do?
Generally you will receive tracking information by the end of business Monday > Friday 5pm.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your order tracking details once dispatched.
What if I am not home attempt delivery?
If you are not home to collect your order the delivery company will leave a card in your letterbox. We are not responsible for any re delivery charges so please make sure someone will be home or at your work address in the time frame we allow.

Full House Distribution is committed to 100% customer service, so we built our 30 day returns policy with the help of our customers! You are always welcome to return any unused products in its original condition within 30 days from purchase for an exchange, credit, or a full refund (shipping cost excluded).
We understand reasons for returning a product, and the good news is, you don’t need to worry about coming up with an excuse! Whatever the reason, Full House is happy for you to return any unused item to us, in original condition, for an exchange, store credit or refund. This shipping cost will be paid by the customer, not Full House, this goes for all returns.

We don’t want you to make a rushed decision, we know how important getting your purchase right can be so we don’t want you to feel pressured. 30 days gives you time to reach out to us for advice, especially for compatibility or sizing, so that you can make an informed decision, it’s also very likely we can help with advice that will mean not having to return a product.
WHERE CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
If you made your purchase online, we want to ensure that returning a product is easy. You can return a product to our online warehouse for a, Credit or Refund. Make sure you have your purchase receipt and the date your item was shipped, so our team can finalize your return on-the-spot!
RETURNING AN ITEM TO THE ONLINE WAREHOUSE
With all returns being sent back to the Full House Online Warehouse, we ask that you please contact us with all of your order information to make finalizing your return easier once we receive it.
Sending back for an Exchange/Credit:
Once we receive your return, we will contact you via phone or email to arrange for the exchange. If a store credit is requested, we will send you a notification email once the credit has been applied to your Full House account.
